Jason Wu Studio accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original designer packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned garment, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
